Shropshire Pest Control in short
Shropshire Pest Control is a Telford firm offering cover across the county with a stated free call-out around the clock. Its site states a fully insured service, an emergency response aim within the hour, and an industry award going back years. If you want county-wide cover with the insurance stated up front, Shropshire Pest Control is worth a call. BPCA membership is stated on the site, though no membership number is printed. It also prints an industry award from 2010.
The firm works county-wide from Telford, reaching out-of-town homes and Shropshire villages that town-only firms leave out. Stated full insurance sits beside that reach. That county range is the point of the firm. Villages outside Telford sit closest to its core.
The customer base is small and mid-ranging rather than glowing, usable evidence that trails the leaders. It reads as a working county firm rather than a reviewed one, with the insurance wording and free call-out doing the persuading.
Customer reviews are modest in number with a mid-fours Google rating, a usable but unremarkable base for a county firm. Our verdict: Shropshire Pest Control suits anyone outside Telford town who wants a fast free visit. What counts against it is a crossed wire: the phone number on its listing differs from the numbers on its website.
Our verdict
Our judgement: this firm suits you if you want Shropshire-wide cover with a stated free call-out and an emergency one-hour aim. The insurance wording gives you something concrete to check. We rate the stated insurance a strength because few firms in this round publish any.

Questions about Shropshire Pest Control
Is Shropshire Pest Control any good?
On the evidence, yes for county cover: it sits fifth in our table, states full insurance with a free call-out, and aims an emergency response within the hour. Its review base is modest, so read the full page and its sources. Send your village or suburb to check cover.
Is Shropshire Pest Control BPCA registered?
BPCA membership is stated on the firm's own website. No membership number is printed there, so type the business name into the scheme online search and check the name that comes back matches. Ask for the membership detail in writing before work starts. The site also states full insurance alongside the membership claim.
What does Shropshire Pest Control charge?
It offers a free call-out and calls its rates highly competitive, but states no figures or VAT position. That means your quote does the talking: send the pest and the property, and ask for an itemised fixed total. Confirm what the price covers before you agree anything. Ask for the figure as an itemised fixed total with the VAT position shown.
Where does Shropshire Pest Control work?
The firm works from Telford across Shropshire, with a free call-out county-wide, and free emergency cover stated around the clock. Out-of-town homes and Shropshire villages sit inside its patch. Send your postcode with the enquiry to confirm you are covered. Cover runs county-wide from Telford, with out-of-town homes and Shropshire villages inside the patch.
How is Shropshire Pest Control ranked?
It ranks fifth of the ten pest controllers in our September round, picked for stated insurance, free call-out and county cover. Its reviews lag the leaders, so read the customer record beside the cover detail. Read the full review, then ask for the itemised quote. The stated insurance and free call-out are its practical edge at this position.
How do I get a quote from Shropshire Pest Control?
Use the free call-out and send the pest, the property and your postcode. Rates are called highly competitive but no figures or VAT position appear, so ask for an itemised fixed total. Confirm what the price covers before you agree anything, and keep the reply with your records. A free call-out costs nothing, so use it before deciding.
What do customers say about Shropshire Pest Control?
Customers leave a modest mid-fours Google record, usable but unremarkable for a county firm. It trails the leaders on both volume and rating, which is why cover rather than applause leads its case. Read the full page and its sources before you judge. County-wide reach rather than town density explains the thinner file.
How does Shropshire Pest Control compare with the others in the round?
It sits fifth as the county-cover pick, below the fast town firms and above the rural and single-pest names. No neighbour pairs stated insurance with a free call-out and an hourly emergency aim the same way. The crossed-wire phone numbers and modest reviews are what hold it back.
