Flashback Pest Control in short
Flashback Pest Control is a family-run Newport firm trading for over three decades, covering Telford, Shropshire and the West Midlands from its Newport base. Its site lists treatments for rats, mice, wasps, bedbugs, fleas, cockroaches, flies and ants for homes and businesses. If you want a long-established local name with the deepest pool of customer reviews in this round, Flashback Pest Control is it. The family-run story stretches back to the mid-nineties on its own account. That longevity is rare in this round.
Working from Newport across Telford, Shropshire and the West Midlands, the firm has kept the same family name throughout. Homes and businesses share one brief, with most household pests covered in a single place. Commercial jobs sit beside domestic ones in the stated brief.
The customer record is unbroken at the top, volume on a scale that is hard to skew. That breadth speaks louder than the quiet website, which states no insurance, prices or call-out terms. No wider platform record sits beside the Google base.
Customer reviews are the standout fact, with a perfect five-star Google rating across the largest customer base in this round. Our verdict: Flashback Pest Control suits anyone who picks by what customers say. What counts against it is a quiet website: no insurance detail, prices or call-out terms appear on it.
Our verdict
Our judgement: Flashback suits you if you want a long-established local firm with the deepest pool of customer reviews in this round. The listed treatments cover most household pests in one place. We rate the review volume a strength because large counts are harder to skew.

Questions about Flashback Pest Control
Is Flashback Pest Control any good?
On the evidence, yes where customer evidence matters: it sits ninth in our table and holds a perfect five-star Google rating across the largest base in the round. Its website says little else, so read the full page and its sources. Send your pest for a quote. Volume on that scale is hard to skew, which is the point in its favour.
Is Flashback Pest Control BPCA registered?
Industry qualifications can't be sourced for this firm from the registers, its website or the platforms checked. That scores as insufficient evidence rather than a failing. Weigh the deep customer record and the paperwork you are given, and ask for training detail in writing. The trading history stretches back decades on the firm's own account.
What does Flashback Pest Control charge?
It publishes no prices, call-out fees or quote terms on its site. That means your enquiry does the talking: describe the pest and ask for the full price in writing before work starts. Confirm what the price covers before you agree anything. Spell out the pest, the property and your postcode, then hold out for the full price.
Where does Flashback Pest Control work?
The firm works from Newport across Telford, Shropshire and the West Midlands, covering homes and businesses. Commercial jobs sit beside domestic ones. Most household pests sit inside its brief. Send your postcode with the enquiry to confirm you are covered. The patch runs Telford, Shropshire and the West Midlands from Newport, taking in homes and businesses alike.
How is Flashback Pest Control ranked?
It ranks ninth of the ten pest controllers in our September round, picked for its deep customer record and long trading history. A quiet website holds it back, so read the limitations beside the strengths. Read the full review, then ask for the full price in writing. The deep customer record is its whole argument at this position.
How do I get a quote from Flashback Pest Control?
Send the pest, the property and your postcode, and ask for the full price in writing before work starts. No prices, call-out fees or quote terms appear on the site, so the enquiry does the talking. Confirm what the price covers, including any return visit, before you agree anything.
What do customers say about Flashback Pest Control?

How does Flashback Pest Control compare with the others in the round?
It sits ninth despite the deepest review pool in the round, because a quiet website states no insurance, prices or call-out terms.
