Auto-keys of Shropshire in short
Auto-keys of Shropshire is a Newport-based mobile auto locksmith: lost and spare car keys cut and programmed at your location across Shropshire, with non-destructive entry and card payments accepted. It is a small, focused operation trading as a sole trader, and phone and WhatsApp routes are both listed for bookings.
Customer feedback is encouraging: four point nine from twenty-eight Google reviews, backed by detailed customer accounts on the Auto-keys of Shropshire site describing prompt work and fair pricing. Against that, no trading history is documented and no prices, call-out terms or insurance details are published, which leaves money and cover to be settled on the phone. Our judgement: a tidy small operator for spare keys and non-urgent car-key work. That is why it sits near the foot of the table.
The offer is narrow and mobile: lost and spare car keys cut and programmed at your location, with non-destructive entry and card payments, run as a sole-trader operation from Newport. Phone and WhatsApp routes are both listed for bookings, which suits drivers arranging a spare key around work. It is a one-person shape of business, which suits booked work better than emergencies.
Across the held sources the customer evidence is encouraging but thin: a modest listing score backed by detailed customer accounts on the firm's own site describing prompt work and fair pricing. Those accounts are self-selected, and no trading history is documented anywhere. That combination explains a niche near the foot of the table rather than a general emergency pick.
Our verdict
Our judgement: a tidy small operator for spare keys and non-urgent car-key work, with encouraging customer accounts on its own site. History and pricing are undocumented.

How does Auto-keys of Shropshire compare with the others in the round?
It ranks ninth, ahead only of Lock Stock and Barrel, as the spare-keys-booked-ahead pick.
