Tapi Carpets & Floors in short
Tapi Carpets & Floors trades from the Bridge Retail Park as the national chain in this round, with a store page carrying the address, full hours and online booking for home visits and store appointments. Visits come with measuring and a free quote, and a live limited company stands behind the chain.
Unit 11B on the Bridge Retail Park carries the national chain's ranges with the address, full hours and online booking for home visits and store appointments [1]. Visits come with measuring and a free quote, and a live limited company stands behind the chain [1] [2]. The stated patch is Telford, and the store page is the fastest route to a slot. Retail-park parking and set hours suit buyers fitting errands around the visit.
Customer reviews are the weakest in the round, with a middling Google average across a sizeable stack of ratings that trails every independent here. Our view is that Tapi Carpets & Floors suits buyers who value retail-park convenience and online booking over review strength. The average is the lowest in the round by a distance, though the stack is large enough to take seriously.
No rates or VAT position are published and no insurance detail appears, and no scheme membership could be sourced. The free quote carries the numbers, and a line-by-line comparison with an independent shows what they mean.
Our verdict
Our judgement: Tapi Telford suits you if you want a retail-park flooring store with online booking for home visits and a wide product range [1]. The 4.3 Google rating from 104 reviews trails the independents in this round, and published insurance details are missing [3] [1].

Questions about Tapi Carpets & Floors
Is Tapi Telford any good?
On the evidence, it is a mixed bag: it sits ninth of the ten in our Telford flooring table, with the round's lowest Google average, but offers online booking, home visits with measuring and a free quote [1] [3]. Read the full page with its sources. Book a visit and compare its quote with an independent.
Is Tapi registered with a trade scheme?
No scheme membership is stated on its store page or found on the registers and platforms checked [1]. That is common in this trade, where no legal register exists. Judge it on its reviews, its company record and the quote instead. Ask about insurance detail at the visit. Let the visit and the written quote carry the decision.
What does Tapi charge?
It publishes no rates or VAT position, though home visits and store appointments come with measuring and a free quote [1]. Send your room sizes and ask for labour, materials and VAT priced separately. Confirm the VAT line before you agree anything. Ask about appointment times and fitting lead times when booking.
How is Tapi ranked?
It ranks ninth of the ten Telford flooring fitters in our September round, picked for a retail-park store with bookable home visits. Read the full review beside its sources, then book a visit for the free quote. If you run the firm, use the Claim a listing link to send updated detail for the next round.
Which areas does Tapi Telford cover?
The store sits in the Bridge Retail Park on Colliers Way and states Telford as its patch. Borough buyers can combine the visit with a retail-park trip, and home visits come to you. Send your postcode when booking so the visit confirms coverage either way. Read the full review beside its sources first.
How do I get a quote from Tapi?
Through the store page or the retail-park counter: home visits and store appointments come with measuring and a free quote [1]. Book a slot online, then send room sizes ahead of the visit. Ask for labour, materials and VAT priced separately on the written quote. Bring the room sizes to speed the appointment.
What do customers say about Tapi?
They are the weakest in the round: a middling Google average across a sizeable stack that trails every independent here [3]. The volume means the average reflects plenty of visits. Read a spread of the comments, then book a visit to compare the quote with an independent. Give critical comments as much time as glowing ones.
How does Tapi compare with the other Telford fitters?
It sits ninth, above only Total Flooring, with the round's lowest review average against the convenience of retail-park booking [3] [1]. Nobody else here offers the chain-store experience. Book a visit, then line its free quote up beside an independent's before deciding. Then judge the visit on its own merits.
