Flooring Outlet in short
Flooring Outlet is a carpet and flooring shop on the Donnington Parade, serving homes, landlords and hotels with carpets, vinyls and hardwood. Its calling card is fitted package deals for three and five-bedroom houses from a range running past ninety carpets. There is no website, so everything happens by phone or in person.
The Donnington Parade shop serves homes, landlords and hotels with carpets, vinyls and hardwood [1]. With no website, everything from hours to the full range sits behind a phone call or a visit in person. The stated patch is Telford, and the counter handles the whole sale from browsing to fitted price. The phone number is the enquiry route, and package deals for whole houses reward buyers who can discuss rooms over the counter. Landlords and hoteliers can discuss repeat work across the same counter.
Customer reviews are excellent, with a near-perfect Google average across a deep stack of ratings. Our view is that Flooring Outlet suits Donnington buyers who want a whole-house fitted deal from a counter they can stand at. Few shops without a website can show anything like it.
The gaps reflect the missing website: hours and the full range sit behind the call, no company record is tied to the shop, and no insurance detail is published. It sits outside our ranked ten, with its findings shown on its card all the same.
Our verdict
Our judgement: Flooring Outlet suits you if you want a Donnington showroom with fitted package deals for whole houses, backed by 194 Google reviews at 4.9 out of 5 [1] [2]. The absence of a website means you deal by phone or in person, and published insurance details are missing [1].

Questions about Flooring Outlet
Is Flooring Outlet any good?
On the evidence, yes for whole-house deals: it holds a near-perfect Google average across a deep bank of ratings, and its Donnington showroom offers fitted packages for three and five-bedroom houses [1] [2]. There is no website, so call the shop. Ask for the package requoted on your rooms. Check the comments for whole-house jobs first.
Is Flooring Outlet registered with a trade scheme?
No scheme membership is stated for the shop or found on the registers and platforms checked [1]. That is common in this trade, where no legal register exists. Judge it on its reviews and the quote instead. Ask about insurance detail when you call. Search both trade directories yourself before calling the counter.
What does Flooring Outlet charge?
Package deals for whole houses come professionally fitted, but no figures are published anywhere [1]. Call with your room sizes and ask for the package price against a per-room breakdown. Confirm what underlay, stairs and disposal add before you agree anything. Get the package scope and the fitting date in writing.
How is Flooring Outlet ranked?
It was researched for our September round but sits outside the ranked ten of Telford flooring fitters, with its findings shown on its card all the same. If you run the firm, use the Claim a listing link to send detail for the next round. Read the card beside its sources, then call the counter for detail.
Which areas does Flooring Outlet cover?
The shop stands on Donnington Parade and states Telford as its patch. Donnington buyers can stand at the counter while the rest of the borough phones first. Send your postcode with the room sizes so the reply confirms coverage with the fitted price. Read the card beside its sources first.
How do I get a quote from Flooring Outlet?
By phone or in person at the Donnington counter: there is no website or booking form, so the call is the whole enquiry route. Have room sizes ready and ask for the package deal requoted on your rooms. Get the package scope and the fitting date confirmed in writing before agreeing.
What do customers say about Flooring Outlet?
They are excellent: a near-perfect Google average across a deep stack of ratings [2]. That combination sits near the very top of the round. Read a spread of the comments, then call with your room sizes and ask for the package requoted on them. Read widely before calling the counter.
How does Flooring Outlet compare with the other Telford fitters?
It sits outside our ranked group, with its findings shown on its card all the same. Deep, near-perfect reviews still make it worth a call for whole-house deals [2]. Donnington buyers can stand at the counter; compare its fitted price against Wellington's published figure before deciding. Start with a phone call.
