PP Electrical Services in short

PP Electrical Services is a family-run Halesfield electrical firm offering fire-alarm design, installation, servicing and fault tracing, with a company record back to 2013 [3] [2] [4]. Our view is that PP Electrical Services is the pick for alarms and electrics from one local firm.

Customer reviews are mixed across the sources we hold, with 4.4 on Google from 7 reviews as the headline figure on this review [7]. NICEIC qualification is stated on the site and TrustMark names NICEIC as the firm’s scheme provider [2] [6]. The two held sources disagree, which is rare in this round and the honest centre of this profile. Our view is that the Google headline flatters and the Trustpilot score warns, so neither alone describes this firm.

The record shows a family-run Halesfield electrician working across Telford, Shrewsbury, Newport, Wolverhampton and the wider county [1] [3]. Fire-alarm design, installation, servicing, fault tracing and panel upgrades sit beside general electrical work, with staff described as directly employed and insured [2] [1]. Contact runs through two landlines and a quote form, with no-obligation quotes on offer [1].

What counts against it is a 2.6 Trustpilot score from 4 reviews and no published rates or VAT position [5] [1]. The site says staff are directly employed and insured, which sits on the record without amounts [1].

Questions about PP Electrical Services

Is PP Electrical Services any good?

On the evidence, yes with a caveat: it sits eighth in our Telford fire alarm installer table, offers a full fire-alarm package with NICEIC backing, and holds 4.4 on Google from 7 reviews against a weaker Trustpilot record [2] [7] [5]. Read both review sources in full. Send your job list for a no-obligation quote.

Is PP Electrical Services NICEIC registered?

NICEIC qualification is stated on the firm’s own fire-alarm page, and TrustMark names NICEIC as the firm’s scheme provider [2] [6]. Ask for the registration details and check them against the scheme register. Get the position and the insurance papers confirmed in writing before work starts.

What does PP Electrical Services charge?

It publishes no rates or VAT position beyond competitive-rates wording, while offering no-obligation quotes [1] [2]. That means your quote does the talking: send the full job list and ask for an itemised fixed quote. Confirm whether VAT sits on top before you agree anything.

Where does PP Electrical Services work?

The firm works from Halesfield with a long service-area list across Telford, Shrewsbury, Newport, Wolverhampton and Shropshire [1] [3]. It can be reached on two landlines or a quote form [1]. Send your postcode with the job details to confirm you are covered.

How is PP Electrical Services ranked?

It ranks eighth of the ten fire alarm installers in our September round, carried by its fire-alarm offer and NICEIC backing against a mixed review record. We looked first at what customers say. Read the full review, then ask for the itemised quote.

How do I get a quote from PP Electrical Services?

Call either landline or use the quote form with the full job list, covering alarms and electrics together [1]. Quotes carry no obligation and no rates are published, so describe the system and site and ask for the itemised fixed quote. Confirm whether VAT sits on top before agreeing anything.

What do customers say about PP Electrical Services?

Google shows 4.4 from 7 reviews while Trustpilot shows 2.6 from 4, both seen in early September — the only split record in this round [7] [5]. Read both sources in full before judging, since the small bases pull in opposite directions. Ask the firm about the Trustpilot comments directly and judge the answer.

How does PP Electrical Services compare with the others in this round?

It sits eighth, the only family-run electrician offering a full fire-alarm package, marked down on its split review record. Premier and A B C above it bring BAFE statements it cannot match, while Hawk below it brings cleaner reviews with no fire offering at all. Our view is that PP is the one-firm-for-alarms-and-electrics pick for buyers comfortable checking references.
