A2B Smart Safety in short

A2B Smart Safety is a Telford fire-safety consultancy offering risk assessments, emergency planning, evacuation support and staff training [1]. Our view is that A2B Smart Safety is an adviser, not an installer — the pick for paperwork and training rather than fitted systems.

Customer reviews are unblemished, with full marks on Google from 27 reviews — the headline figure on this review — and NEBOSH qualifications with IOSH membership stated on the site [4] [1]. Google is the only review source held, and the company record starts in 2025, so both backing and history are thin. Our view is that the reviews describe training and advice well and say nothing about installation, because there is none to judge.

The record shows a Telford consultancy in risk assessments, emergency planning, evacuation support and staff training, with NEBOSH qualifications and IOSH membership stated on its single-page site [1]. Training and consultancy are quoted per job with a discount advertised and no rates behind it [1]. Contact runs through phone and form, with the county Chamber directory confirming the Telford base [1] [3].

What counts against it here is the absence of installation work, a company record starting in 2025 and no published insurance or pricing [1] [2]. The site advertises a discount on services with no rates behind it, and the Chamber directory listing confirms the Telford base [1] [3].

Questions about A2B Smart Safety

Is A2B Smart Safety any good?

On the evidence, yes for advice: it sits tenth in our Telford fire alarm installer table, holds full marks on Google from 27 reviews, and states NEBOSH qualifications with IOSH membership [4] [1]. It fits no alarm systems. Send your requirements through the contact form for a quote.

Is A2B Smart Safety registered with a trade scheme?

NEBOSH qualifications and IOSH membership are stated on the firm’s own site, which covers consultancy rather than installation [1]. No installer-scheme membership is on the record. Ask what qualifications the attending adviser holds and get the answer in writing before work starts.

What does A2B Smart Safety charge?

It publishes no rates, fees or VAT position, though the site advertises a discount on services [1]. That means your quote does the talking: describe the work and ask for an itemised fixed quote. Confirm whether VAT sits on top before you agree anything.

Where does A2B Smart Safety work?

The firm works from Telford and can be reached by phone and contact form, with a county directory listing confirming the base [1] [3]. Training and consultancy are quoted per job rather than priced on the site [1]. Send your postcode with the job details to confirm you are covered.

How is A2B Smart Safety ranked?

It ranks tenth of the ten fire alarm installers in our September round, carried by its customer record against the absence of installation work and a short company history. We looked first at what customers say. Read the full review, then ask for the itemised quote.

How do I get a quote from A2B Smart Safety?

Use the phone or the contact form with the training or assessment requirements [1]. Work is quoted per job with a discount advertised and no rates published, so describe the attendees and site details, then ask for the fixed quote itemised. Confirm whether VAT sits on top before agreeing anything.

What do customers say about A2B Smart Safety?

Google shows full marks from 27 reviews, seen in early September, with no other source held [4]. That is a strong return for a young consultancy. Read them for what clients say about the training itself, since advice quality is the whole offer here. Ask the firm which courses run most often and what group sizes they suit.

How does A2B Smart Safety compare with the others in this round?

It closes the table in tenth, the only entry selling advice instead of hardware, placed on reviews alone. Nothing above it resembles the offer: the nearest, SLC, at least services physical systems. Our view is that A2B is miscast as an installer and well cast as an adviser — the pick for paperwork and training, never for fitted alarms.
