Heritage Home Improvements in short
Heritage Home Improvements is a Telford roofing firm run as a limited company since 2016. Its standout feature is Confederation of Roofing Contractors membership, long-standing since late 2014 and covering flat, pitched, slate and tile work [4]. The firm publishes phone and email contact and states a VAT number, though its own site currently loads without readable content [1] [2].
The record shows a Kemberton Drive base in Telford, with phone and email contact published and a VAT number stated. Flat, pitched, slate and tile roofing are the covered scope on the trade-body listing, which carries the service detail while the firm's own site stays unreadable [4]. Membership detail there names the firm as member 7119, a dated and checkable entry [4].
Customers rate the firm at 4.7 on Google across eighty-one reviews, a broad base for a Telford roofer [3]. That volume makes the rating far more telling than a handful of perfect scores, and it is the largest non-perfect base in the ranked ten. In our judgement the review record reads as solid rather than glowing.
What counts against it: Companies House shows an active proposal to strike off with overdue accounts. No insurance details are published, and service detail here comes from the trade-body listing while the firm's site stays unreadable. This review rates the membership as genuine strength and the company filing as the thing to settle first.
Our verdict
Our verdict: Heritage suits you if you want a long-standing trade-body member for a roof replacement or flat roof in Telford [4] [3]. We rate the membership listing since 2014 as a strength because it is dated and checkable.

Questions about Heritage Home Improvements
Is Heritage Home Improvements any good?
Good for a full roof replacement: fourth of our ten Telford roofers with 4.7 on Google across eighty-one reviews and trade-body membership since 2014. Flat, pitched, slate and tile work are covered on the trade-body listing. Read the Google reviews against the membership entry, then ask for a written quote on your exact scope.
Is Heritage Home Improvements on a trade register?
Confederation of Roofing Contractors membership is on the issuing register as member 7119 since late 2014 [4]. That is a roofing trade body covering flat, pitched, slate and tile work. Ask the firm to confirm the membership covers your job, check the name on the register, and get the detail on your written quote.
How much does Heritage charge?
A VAT number is published but no call-out fee, rates or free-quotation statement could be read on the site. Describe the job fully and agree the full price in writing before work starts. Ask for the figure to separate labour, materials and VAT, with the membership detail and guarantee position shown alongside.
Where does Heritage work?
The firm works from Kemberton Drive in Telford across the town, covering flat, pitched, slate and tile roofing on its trade-body listing. Phone and email contact are published. Send your postcode with the job details to confirm you are covered, and ask for the membership detail on your written quote.
How is Heritage ranked?
It ranks fourth of the ten Telford roofers in our September round, the pick for trade-body backed roof replacement. J Price sits third just above on two-source reviews. Read the full review and the score summary, then ask for a written quote on your job. Check the company record is settled first.
How do I get a quote from Heritage Home Improvements?
Contact the firm by the published phone number or email address with the roof type, the size of the replacement and photos of its current state. The firm's own site currently loads without readable content, so put every detail of the job in the message thread. Agree the full figure in writing with labour, materials and VAT separated before work starts.
What do customers say about Heritage Home Improvements?
Customers rate the firm 4.7 on Google across eighty-one reviews, the broadest non-perfect base in the ranked ten. That volume makes mixed feedback visible rather than hidden, which suits a replacement decision. Read the lower-rated reviews first for how problems were handled, and weigh the company filing note alongside the praise.
How does Heritage compare with the other Telford roofers?
It is one of two Confederation members in the ranked ten and the only one whose membership stretches back over a decade, which is why it owns the replacement pick. Severnside above pairs membership with a longer guarantee; J Price beside it brings stronger reviews without a trade body. In our judgement the membership is what sets it apart.
