MDF Gas Services in short
MDF Gas Services is a family firm in central Telford covering boilers, heating and landlord certificates, with free no-obligation quotes and phone, email and quote routes on the site. The standout is a Gas Safe licence number printed on the site, which few sole traders in this round show, alongside a fully insured statement. You get stated terms with a checkable number.
The record shows a family firm in central Telford covering boilers, heating and landlord certificates, with free no-obligation quotes and phone, email and quote routes on the site. The published Gas Safe licence number is the checkable anchor few small firms in this round offer [1].
The customer evidence sits in the Google set, behind stated terms — number published, quotes free, cover named from Ironbridge to Much Wenlock [1] [2]. What is missing is any dated trading history, so the record reads as open but young rather than long-proven, which is the honest limit of this page. The quote routes do the rest, giving callers three ways to start.
Customer reviews are strong, with near-five stars on Google across the set we hold, and our verdict is that the published number plus the free-quote promise carry MDF Gas Services to fourth in our Telford plumbers table. No trading history is dated anywhere. This review suits boiler servicing and landlord certificates in Telford.
Our verdict
Our verdict: the published licence number and free-quote promise count in its favour, for servicing and landlord certificates. Gas Safe registration is stated on the site, with the number published [1].

Questions about MDF Gas Services
Is MDF Gas Services any good?
On the evidence, yes for servicing and certificates: it sits fourth in our Telford plumbers table, holds strong Google reviews, and publishes its Gas Safe licence number with free quotes. No trading history is dated, so read the full page first. Send your job list for a free no-obligation quote before you book.
Is MDF Gas Services Gas Safe registered?
Gas Safe registration is stated on the firm's own website with the licence number published there. Check the number and work categories on the register before any boiler or gas work starts. Keep the check result with your quote and invoice.
How much does MDF Gas Services charge?
The site offers free no-obligation quotes with competitive pricing but publishes no call-out fee, rates or VAT terms. Send the full job list and ask for the quote in writing. Confirm what the figure covers and whether VAT is added before you agree anything.
Where does MDF Gas Services work?
The family firm works across Telford plus Shrewsbury, Wellington, Broseley, Ironbridge, Newport and Much Wenlock. Send your postcode with the job list to confirm you are covered. Use the quote route on the site for the fastest reply. Attach photos of the job for a faster answer.
How is MDF Gas Services ranked?
It ranks fourth of the ten plumbers in our September round, picked for boiler servicing and landlord certificates in Telford. The undated trading history is the main caveat, so read the full review. Check the licence number, then ask for the free quote.
How do I get a quote from MDF Gas Services?
Use the phone, email or quote form on the site, which offers free no-obligation quotes [1]. Send your postcode with the servicing or certificate list, and check the published licence number on the register while you wait. Ask for the quote in writing with VAT shown before you agree anything.
How does MDF Gas Services compare with the others in this round?
It is the most checkable small firm in the upper half — published licence number, free quotes — against bigger-documented names above and a one-engineer promise below. Undated trading history is its limit. It suits servicing and landlord certificates where a verifiable number counts. Above it sit bigger-documented names; below it, a one-engineer urgency promise.
