MF Plastering & Property Services in short
MF Plastering and Property Services is a Telford plasterer covering walls, ceilings, skimming, patch repairs, rendering and dry lining across Telford and Shrewsbury. There is no working website, so the service detail comes from a business-supplied directory listing with an enquiry route. The mobile contact agrees across that listing and the Google entry. Coverage spans Telford and Shrewsbury, with an enquiry route for jobs in either town.
Customer reviews are a clean sheet, with five stars on Google across a low-twenties set of ratings. Industry qualifications cannot be sourced anywhere checked, and no trading history or insurance detail is published. Our verdict: MF Plastering and Property Services fits a homeowner in Telford or Shrewsbury wanting a reviewed local plasterer for walls, ceilings or repairs.
The record shows a Telford plasterer listing walls, ceilings, skimming, patch repairs, rendering and dry lining across Telford and Shrewsbury, with a mobile number and a directory enquiry route as the contact [1][2]. The advertised website address does not load, so the directory listing the business itself supplied carries the whole service detail. The town of the job belongs in the first message, since cover spans both.
The customer evidence stands on the Google listing alone: a clean sheet with no working website and no second platform behind it. The directory listing adds services but no further customer voices. Our view: a strong sheet that wants a second source it does not yet have.
Our verdict
Our judgement: this fits a homeowner in Telford or Shrewsbury who wants a reviewed local plasterer for walls, ceilings or repairs [1][2]. We rate the 5.0 review sheet as the strength and the thin public footprint as the limitation.

Limitations
There is no working website to check against, as the advertised address does not load, so service detail comes from a paid directory listing the business itself supplied [2].
No checkable qualifications are on the public record [1][2][3]. No trading history or insurance details are published, so C4 and C5 sit in insufficient evidence.

Questions about MF Plastering & Property Services
Is MF Plastering and Property Services any good?
On the evidence, yes for standard briefs: it sits eighth in our Telford plasterers table, holds five stars on Google, and lists walls, ceilings, repairs, rendering and dry lining. There is no working website, so read the full page. Use the directory enquiry route for a quote. Walls, ceilings, repairs, rendering and dry lining cover most domestic briefs.
Is MF Plastering and Property Services registered with a trade scheme?
No scheme membership is on record: industry qualifications cannot be sourced from the registers or the platforms checked, and none is claimed. Plastering has no mandatory register, so ask for the insurance papers instead. Get them in writing before work starts. Ask for the insurance papers and the making-good terms together in writing.
What does MF Plastering and Property Services charge?
Its listing talks of honest prices but publishes no rates, quote terms or VAT position. That means your enquiry does the talking: describe every surface and ask for an itemised fixed quote. Confirm what the price covers before you agree anything. Honest prices is the listing's phrase; the itemised quote is what proves it.
Where does MF Plastering and Property Services work?
The firm covers Telford and Shrewsbury for walls, ceilings, skimming, repairs, rendering and dry lining. Contact runs through a mobile number and a directory enquiry route. Say which town the job sits in, and send your postcode with the job list to confirm you are covered. Say which town the job sits in so the enquiry lands in the right diary.
How is MF Plastering and Property Services ranked?
It ranks eighth of the ten plasterers in our September round, picked for plastering and repairs across Telford and Shrewsbury. Its thin public footprint keeps it lower-table, so read the full page. Read the review, then ask for the itemised quote. Scope plus a strong sheet is what holds it above the two names below.
How do I get a quote from MF Plastering and Property Services?
Use the directory enquiry route or call the mobile number, saying whether the job sits in Telford or Shrewsbury and describing every surface. The advertised website address does not load, so the directory message does the whole job of first contact. Confirm what the figure covers before anything is agreed.
What do customers say about MF Plastering and Property Services?
Customers leave a clean sheet on the held Google listing, full marks across a low-twenties set of ratings. No second platform and no site voices widen the picture, so the sheet stands alone. Read the listing in full: consistency across that volume is the whole story. A strong sheet awaiting a second source.
How does MF Plastering and Property Services compare with the others in this round?
It sits eighth as the Telford-and-Shrewsbury room-work pick, with the widest service list of the lower-table names. Reviewed generalists above it pair similar scope with deeper evidence, while the two below trade on thinner bases. For standard walls and ceilings across either town it holds its place. Either town suits its diary.
