Heritage Home Improvements review

For a combined job, possibly: it spans windows, doors, conservatories, roofing and building work from one Telford base, with roofing membership on the trade register and a headline 4.7 from 81 Google reviews. The gaps are glazing paperwork and readable site detail. Read the full review, then ask for the registration position in writing. ^{[1] [3] [4]}

For roofing, yes: Confederation of Roofing Contractors membership is listed on the confederation's own register ^[3]. For windows and doors, no FENSA or CERTASS registration and no building-control sign-off is stated on the website ^[1]. Ask how the glazing side of your job is certified before work starts. Its roofing membership is the sourced credential on the file.

No pricing information of any kind could be read on the site, and no insurance details are published ^[1]. That means every figure comes from direct contact: describe the full job, then ask for an itemised fixed quote. Confirm what the price covers and which certificates arrive at the end.

It works from its Telford base, fitting windows, doors and conservatories with roofing and building work alongside. The readable site detail is thin, so coverage is best confirmed directly. Send your postcode with the job description to confirm you are covered. Its registered base sits on Kemberton Drive in Telford.

Start with the website enquiry routes or the listed phone line, describing the whole job in one brief where glazing meets roofing or building work ^[1]. Combined jobs price best from one scope, so list every element before anyone visits. Ask for the quote itemised across each trade element, with the certification position for the glazing set out alongside.

The public picture we hold is one Google snapshot showing a headline rating of 4.7 from 81 reviews, a warm score across a solid base ^[4]. The firm's own site exposes almost no readable content beyond its title, so the review record says more than the website does ^[1]. Open the listing and read the individual reviews, and let the written quote complete the picture.

It sits outside our ranked table because no FENSA or CERTASS registration is stated for its window and door work ^[1]. The firm otherwise brings a registered roofing membership and a long-running Telford company to the table ^[3]. If the firm publishes its glazing registration position, a future round can look at it again.

The five ranked firms all met our eligibility requirements, led by APH Windows as the best overall conservatory installer with its own factory and stated certification. Heritage Home Improvements answers with broader building and roofing scope from one base, but its missing glazing registration statements keep it outside that group. For a combined job it offers more trades; on glazing paperwork it offers less.
