iCrack Phones Telford in short

iCrack Phones Telford is the iCrack repair store presented at Telford Centre, offering screen, battery, water-damage and diagnosis repairs with walk-in, mail-in and booking routes. The centre listing describes immediate repairs with a student discount, and every repair carries a year-long performance warranty. The Telford Centre setting means you can shop while the bench works on your phone. Our verdict: this iCrack Phones Telford review suits anyone wanting a centre-based shop for a fast phone or tablet fix.

The Telford face of the business sits in Telford Centre, though the national site mixes Telford with other booking locations in one flow. The centre setting favours walk-ins who can leave the device and come back, with mail-in behind it for anyone who would rather post. The year-long performance warranty and the advertised student discount travel with every Telford repair.

Customer reviews are outstanding at 4.9 from 984 Google reviews. That is the second-deepest review base in this round, behind only the postal specialist. A year-long performance warranty stands behind every one of those repairs. Holding that level across nearly a thousand reviews takes some doing at a walk-in counter.

A free health check is advertised for callers with their device. What counts against it: no repair prices, company number or insurance statement appear, and the national booking flow mixes Telford with other locations. The Telford booking needs care, since the national flow covers several locations. Shoppers already in the centre for anything else can time the drop around the rest of the trip.

Our verdict

Our judgement: iCrack suits you if you want a centre-based shop for a fast phone or tablet fix, backed by a 1-year warranty and 4.9 from 984 Google reviews [1] [3]. The gaps are published prices and company detail [1] [2]. Its listed home is Telford Centre rather than the Overdale address on the Places listing [2] [3].

  • Every repair carries a 1-year performance warranty, and a free health-check is advertised for callers with their device [1].

Limitations

  • No repair prices, company number or insurance statement appear on the pages checked [1] [2].

  • The national site mixes Telford, Ilford walk-in and London call-out options in one booking flow, which makes the Telford offer harder to pin down [1].
