Questions about LMDS Architectural Ltd
Is LMDS Architectural any good?
On the evidence, yes for lofts, extensions and self-builds: it is long established, holds 5.0 from 32 Google reviews, and every enquiry opens with a free conversation about planning prospects and cost. No registrations or insurance details are published. Phone with your plans and ask for the scope in writing.
Is LMDS Architectural registered with a professional body?
This cannot be sourced. No professional registrations appear on the practice site, so an architect or technologist listing is recorded as not found. If membership matters to you, ask which body the designer belongs to and check it yourself. Get the answer in writing. The site styles the business as architectural design services rather than architects.
What does LMDS Architectural charge?
It publishes no fee figures, hourly rates or VAT terms, though the first conversation is free and covers roughly what the drawing pack will cost. Your written quote does the talking: ask for planning and regulations stages to be priced separately. Confirm what sits inside the fee before you agree anything.
