M T C Planning & Design Ltd in short

M T C Planning & Design Ltd is a Sutton Maddock practice combining architecture, town planning and building surveying from first sketch to occupation. Rowan Chislett is listed on the ARB register under the practice name and farm address, and the company record runs back well over a decade. Our judgement: M T C Planning & Design suits a rural job where permission and surveying matter as much as design.

The record shows a Sutton Maddock farm practice working across rural Shropshire and Telford, reached by phone with no email published. Architecture, town planning and building surveying sit in the one practice, quoting as a single team from first sketch to occupation. The company record runs back well over a decade. There is no email address and no online form, so the phone call does the introductory work.

Customer reviews are few: 5.0 from 4 Google ratings, the only public rating source we found. The site copy reads dated, still calling the firm newly formed years after its founding. What counts against the practice is contact and paperwork, with no email address, fee information or insurance details published.

Customer evidence is the thinnest among the top half of the table: 5.0 from 4 Google ratings, the only public source found. In our judgement the rural one-stop setup is the reason to shortlist it, with the dated site and thin contact routes the reservation.
