T Broadhurst Painting & Decorating in short
T Broadhurst Painting & Decorating is a Telford and Newport painter and decorator offering interior papering alongside exterior and interior paintwork. The decorator brings sample books and colour charts to the quotation visit, and the site states City and Guilds qualification with full insurance. In our judgement it is the local pick for interior papering with samples chosen at home. The record adds Shrewsbury to the Telford and Newport patch, and the quotation visit doubles as a design appointment with sample books and colour charts [2]. No email address is published, so the phone carries every enquiry.
Customers leave T Broadhurst a clean sheet: five stars on Google, though from a single review, so this review treats the record as thin evidence either way. Free no-obligation quotations keep the first step simple. The site phone number differs from the listing number. A lone rating can only say one customer was happy once, so the stated qualification and insurance do most of the talking in this profile.
What counts against it is paperwork depth: trading history is undocumented and no scheme membership could be sourced. Our verdict still favours the firm for straightforward papering briefs, where the stated qualification and insurance carry the profile. For straightforward rooms where samples at home matter more than a deep review trail, the shape of this offer still makes sense.
Our verdict
Our judgement: this decorator suits you if you want interior papering in Telford or Newport from a City & Guilds qualified tradesperson who brings samples to your home [2]. The review record is a single five-star rating [1]. The site and the listing show different phone numbers [1] [2].

Questions about T Broadhurst Painting & Decorating
Is T Broadhurst Painting and Decorating any good?
A reasonable call for local papering: fifth in our Telford wallpaper hanging table, a painter and decorator naming interior papering on the service list. The customer record is a single five-star rating, so independent evidence is thin either way. Read that rating, then confirm which contact number reaches the decorator.
Is T Broadhurst Painting and Decorating on a trade register?
City and Guilds qualification is claimed on its own website, but no public register entry was found, so it stands as a claim rather than a sourced registration. No PDA, TrustMark or other scheme membership could be sourced either. Ask for the certificate behind the claim when you request your quotation.
What does T Broadhurst Painting and Decorating charge?
Free no-obligation quotations are offered, with sample books brought to the visit, but no rates, call-out fee or VAT terms are stated. Describe each room and ask for one itemised fixed quotation. Confirm who supplies the paper before you agree anything.
Where does T Broadhurst Painting and Decorating work?
The decorator covers Telford and Newport for interior papering alongside exterior and interior paintwork. Note the site and the listing show different phone numbers. Send your postcode with the room list to confirm you are covered. Agree which number to use going forward.
How is T Broadhurst Painting and Decorating ranked?
It ranks fifth of the ten wallpaper hangers in our September round, the pick for interior papering in Telford or Newport. PaintHaus sits just behind for Wellington decorating with a guarantee. Read the full review, then ask for the free quotation.
How do I get a quote from T Broadhurst Painting and Decorating?
Phone for the free no-obligation quotation, describing each room, since no email address is published [2]. Expect the decorator to bring sample books and colour charts to the visit, and ask for one itemised fixed quotation from it. Agree which contact number to use going forward, since the site and the listing show different numbers.
What do customers say about T Broadhurst Painting and Decorating?
Google shows a single five-star rating, which says one customer was happy once and little else [1]. Treat the record as a blank sheet rather than a verdict, and let the stated qualification and insurance do the talking instead. The quotation visit, with samples in hand, is where this profile must earn its place.
How does T Broadhurst compare with the others in this round?
It ranks fifth of ten, the local papering answer between Town and Country's documented machine above and PaintHaus's guarantee-backed offer below. Its edge is stated qualification with full insurance on a home visit; its deficit is customer evidence as thin as any in the round. For plain rooms where samples matter most, that trade can still make sense.
