We aim to reply within five working days.

Four kinds of request

This form is for businesses and anyone acting for them. Pick the kind that fits — it routes your request to the right queue:

Correction. A fact on your listing is wrong: phone number, address, opening hours, accreditation, or anything else. Tell us the field, what it should say, and link to the evidence.
Claim listing. You run the business and want to confirm your details with us directly, so future checks reach the right person.
Removal request. You want your business taken out of a ranking. Tell us why; we weigh it against readers' interest in complete evidence.
Public response. You want your reply published alongside your assessment. Keep it factual and relevant to the assessment; it will be labelled as your words.

What happens next

We read every request and aim to reply within five working days. Accepted corrections update the provider record and rebuild the page. If we disagree, we explain why, with dates and sources. One thing stays fixed: rankings follow the scorecard, whatever the request.
