MF Plastering & Property Services in short
MF Plastering & Property Services is a Telford plasterer best known for media walls, skimming and patch repairs, with free quotes and a contact form on its business website. An independent directory listing confirms the same mobile number. This review suits readers combining a media wall with skimming rather than a full re-render.
The signature is the media wall, flanked by skims and patch repairs on the site. The directory match on the mobile number gives the contact a second witness. Free quotes lower the price of a first conversation to nothing. Our view: a front room with a screen-sized hole in the plan is the ideal brief.
Customers give MF Plastering & Property Services full marks on Google across more than twenty reviews. No trading history sits on the public record and no insurance detail or rates are published, with rendering not named as a separate service. Free quotes keep the cost of testing the firm at zero, with the directory entry as backup. Our judgement: strong reviews for the named interior work; a modest rendering choice.
Twenty-plus top-mark ratings give the interior work a solid crowd. The directory confirms the number rather than adding opinions, and neither source puts rendering on the menu or history on the file. Our judgement: loud applause for the living room, silence on the elevations outside.
Our verdict
Our judgement: this suits you if you want a Telford plasterer who also builds media walls, given the 5.0 rating across 22 reviews and the named skimming and repair services [1] [3]. The gaps are paperwork, with no insurance detail and no trading history on record [2] [3].

Questions about MF Plastering & Property Services
Is MF Plastering & Property Services any good?
On the evidence, yes for media walls and skimming: seventh in our Telford rendering table with full marks on Google across more than twenty reviews and free quotes on the site. Rendering is not named separately and no history is on record. Ask for photos of past rendering before you shortlist it for a re-render.
Is MF Plastering & Property Services TrustMark registered?
No scheme membership could be sourced from the registers, its website or the platforms checked, so no TrustMark registration is on record. The firm leans on its reviews and named interior work instead. Ask for insurance proof and any scheme paperwork together. Get both in writing before work starts. Caller opinion fills the space where scheme paperwork would sit.
What does MF Plastering & Property Services charge?
The site offers free quotes with competitive pricing but publishes no rates or VAT position. That means your quote does the talking: send the full scope and ask for an itemised fixed quote. Confirm whether VAT is included before you agree anything. Nothing is priced in print; the itemised reply carries the job.
Where does MF Plastering & Property Services work?
The firm covers Telford and Shrewsbury, with media walls, skimming and patch repairs on the books. A contact form and call route on the business website take enquiries. Send your postcode with the job description to confirm you are covered. Two towns share one inbox and one mobile; name yours.
How do I get a quote from MF Plastering & Property Services?
Use the site form or the call route; quotes come free. Send scope plus photos and ask for system and VAT answered in the itemised reply. Anyone wanting a re-render should first see rendering the firm has done. Put the media-wall dimensions in first; they shape the price. The postcode settles Telford-or-Shrewsbury cover before anyone travels.
What do customers say about MF Plastering & Property Services, and how does it compare?
Twenty-plus reviewers applaud; the applause is all for interior work. Seventh says media walls, not re-renders: the unnamed service plus missing history fix the ceiling. The review count beats most of the lower table on volume alone. Free quotes make a trial enquiry cost nothing, so try it where the screen wall comes first.
How is MF Plastering & Property Services ranked?
It ranks seventh of the ten renderers in our September round, a media-wall and skimming pick rather than a rendering specialist. The unnamed rendering service and missing history cap its score. Read the full review, then ask for the itemised quote. The ceiling is set by the service list, not the scores.
