Best Driveways TKL Properties Maintenance Ltd review

On the evidence, a cautious yes for the rating alone: it sits outside our top ten but holds five stars on Google from its Trench base ^[2]. No website, service detail, insurance or prices exist to judge it further. Go in with eyes open about the gaps. Shortlist it on the strength of that rating, then ask for services, cover and a written price before it goes any further.

Industry qualifications can't be sourced from the registers or the listings checked ^{[2] [3]}. No scheme membership is on record at all. There is almost no public file beyond the rating. Ask for any membership details before you go further. Any scheme worth the name runs a searchable register, so ask for the membership detail and match it there.

No pricing statements of any kind were found: no website exists and listings carry no prices ^{[2] [3]}. Ask for a written itemised quote broken into labour, materials and VAT before anything else. Confirm what the figure covers before you agree anything. Send photos, rough measurements and how the garden is reached, so the figure comes back against a real job.

It is based on Gibbons Road in Trench, Telford, with a directory listing for landscaping and garden work ^{[1] [3]}. No wider service area is published. Send your postcode to check you are covered, and ask which towns it will travel to. The stated area is Telford itself, so anyone outside the town should confirm travel before spending time on a quote.

It was researched for our September patio round but sits outside the top ten, so it carries no ranked position. Its perfect Google score sits beside fuller files for comparison ^[2]. Read the top-ten cards, then weigh the thin file. The gap is the thin public file: no website, no service detail, no insurance and no prices.

Call the mobile number on its Google listing, since no website or enquiry form exists ^[2]. Send photos, rough measurements, the material you have in mind and how the garden is reached. Ask for a written itemised price naming labour, materials and VAT, and keep it beside two others on the same written scope before you agree anything.

Google reviewers give it five stars, a flawless set with no other platform to set beside it ^[2]. That single-set picture is the whole customer story: warm, but narrow. Read the Google reviews yourself first, then treat the missing paperwork — services, cover, prices — as the other half of the decision.

The ranked firms pair customer ratings with fuller files — named services, quote routes and stated cover in most cases — while Best Driveways offers the rating with almost nothing around it. It suits a shortlist only on the strength of that score. Read the ranked cards first, then decide how much paperwork matters to your job.
