Dale Brothers in short

Dale Brothers is a Hortonwood freight haulier and family business moving palletised goods for business customers locally and internationally. The about page sets out the family business background. Direct phone and email contacts sit on a dedicated contact page, and an active limited company record sits behind the name. The site presents palletised freight as the core trade from its Hortonwood base in Telford, run locally and internationally for business customers.

On reviews, Dale Brothers carries a headline 4.3 from 61 Google reviews, the only public source among all the evidence this round holds. Google stands alone here, with no second platform to set beside it. The base is a mid-size one for this table: broad enough to read as more than a handful of jobs, and short of the deepest records in the round. The headline is the whole of what the held evidence says about customer experience, so it reads as a reasonable signal rather than a settled consensus.

What counts against it is unpublished insurance detail and prices, plus the absence of a separately stated office removals service. Our judgement: Dale Brothers suits a Telford business moving palletised freight rather than offices, with direct phone and email contacts on a dedicated page and a long active company record behind it. In our view it is a freight shortlist entry rather than an office shortlist entry.

Questions about Dale Brothers

Is Dale Brothers any good?

Our judgement: yes for moving palletised freight rather than offices, with direct contacts and a long company record behind it [1] [4]. Freight is its stated trade, run locally and internationally from Hortonwood for business customers. It states no office removals service and publishes no prices. Confirm the scope line by line before you agree anything.

Is Dale Brothers registered with a trade scheme?

No trade scheme membership could be sourced from the registers, the firm's site or the platforms checked [1]. This trade has no must-hold registration, so the question is what voluntary membership the firm can show. That is recorded as a gap rather than a failing. Ask what cover sits behind the firm's statements instead. Get the answer in writing before you agree anything.

What does Dale Brothers charge?

It publishes no prices, rates or VAT position on the pages checked [1] [2]. Send the full freight brief for a like-for-like figure. Ask for the price and the cover position itemised in writing. Get the VAT position stated rather than assumed. Phone or email the contacts page for the quote.

Where does Dale Brothers work?

The firm is based at Hortonwood in Telford, moving palletised goods locally and internationally [1]. The base sits at Hortonwood in Telford. International operation is stated alongside local work, so farther destinations sit inside its stated scope. Send your postcode and both addresses with the enquiry to confirm coverage. Ask for the booking contact in writing with your quote.

How is Dale Brothers ranked?

It was researched in the same September round but sits outside the ranked ten of office removal firms. The gap is a stated one: no office removals service appears on its pages, so it reads as a freight haulier. Read the full review and its sources before shortlisting. Send the same written brief to each firm you compare.

How do I get a quote from Dale Brothers?

Use the phone and email contacts on the firm's dedicated contact page [2]. Quotes are bespoke rather than published prices, so send the full freight brief with both addresses for a like-for-like figure. Ask for the price and the cover position itemised in writing. Get the VAT position stated rather than assumed.

What do Dale Brothers reviews say?

The evidence this round holds is Google alone: a headline 4.3 with no second platform to cross-check [5]. The base is a mid-size one for this table, broad enough to read as more than a handful of jobs. Read the individual reviews behind the headline before shortlisting. Send the same written brief to each firm you compare for a fair contest.

How does Dale Brothers compare with the ranked firms in the round?

The ranked firms state office moving as a named service with surveys, packing or storage around it; Dale Brothers states palletised freight instead. That makes it the freight entry in this round rather than an office shortlist rival. Compare it against the haulier end of the table rather than the surveyed office movers. Send the same written brief to each firm you compare.
