Anthony's Garden Services in short
Anthony's Garden Services is a Telford maintenance firm covering lawn and hedge cutting, patio cleaning and seasonal upkeep, with free quotes and past-project photos on its site. The firm works from a New Road base across Telford, covering domestic maintenance rather than full redesigns [1][2]. Behind the trading name sits an active company with decades on the record, alongside a waste carrier registration on the register. That pairing of an easy quote route with checkable paperwork is the firm's main strength.
Past-project photos on the site show the standard of past upkeep [1]. Our verdict is that this record, plus the company history, makes Anthony's Garden Services the natural alternative to the leader for anyone wanting ongoing upkeep rather than a full redesign.
Customer reviews are the deepest in this round, with a near-five-star Google rating across dozens of ratings [4]. That volume means the rating rests on far more voices than any rival in the table. No second platform holds a set, so Google carries the whole customer picture on its own.
What counts against it is thin published cover detail: the site states the firm is fully insured but gives no amount or certificate. That is a gap in evidence rather than a black mark, and in our judgement it matters less for small repeat visits than for a large one-off build.
Our verdict
Our judgement: this is a strong option if you want an established Telford firm for ongoing garden maintenance rather than a full redesign. The review volume, company record and waste registration all check out against dated sources.

Questions about Anthony's Garden Services
Is Anthony's Garden Services any good?
On the evidence, yes for ongoing upkeep: it ranks second of the ten Telford landscape gardeners, holds the round's deepest set of Google reviews at a near-five-star rating, and pairs decades on the company record with its waste registration on the register. Read the full review and its sources. Send your job list for a free quote.
Is Anthony's Garden Services registered with a trade scheme?
Trading Standards membership is listed on the firm's own website, and its waste carrier registration is on the issuing register [1][3]. Ask for the membership details alongside proof of insurance, since the site states cover without giving an amount. Get both in writing before work starts. Get the membership dates confirmed in the same reply.
What does Anthony's Garden Services charge?
A free quote is offered but no rates, call-out fee or VAT terms are published [1]. That means your quote does the talking: brief the jobs you want covered through the season and ask for an itemised quote. Confirm the price in writing before the first visit. Ask whether repeat visits carry a lower figure.
Where does Anthony's Garden Services work?
The firm works across Telford from its New Road base, covering domestic garden maintenance rather than full redesigns [1][2]. Send your postcode with the job list to confirm you are covered. Ask for the free quote by phone. Mention access and repeat-visit frequency when you call. Rural edges of the borough may need confirming first.
How is Anthony's Garden Services ranked?
It ranks second of the ten landscape gardeners in our September round, picked for regular maintenance with free quotes and the deepest review record in the table. Its insurance detail is thinner than its paperwork elsewhere, so weigh the quote alongside the rating. Read the full review, then ask for the quote.
How do I get a quote from Anthony's Garden Services?
Call the mobile number on the firm's site and ask for the free quote, sending your job list with photos of the garden as it stands [1]. List the jobs you want covered through the season rather than a single visit, so the price reflects the round. Ask for the quote itemised in writing before the first visit, with waste removal shown.
What do customers say about Anthony's Garden Services?
The held evidence is a near-five-star Google rating across the round's deepest set of reviews, with past-project photos on the firm's own site beside it [1][4]. That combination of volume and visible past work is unmatched in this table. Read a spread of individual reviews through the listing link, since even strong sets hide the odd off day.
