Vortex Cleaning in short

Vortex Cleaning is a Telford cleaning company grown from void properties and end-of-tenancy work into a larger outfit with a team in the teens and a small fleet of vans. It takes on voids and clearance-adjacent cleans across Telford and the wider Midlands, with an active limited company record and an upper-tier waste carrier registration behind the name.

Customer reviews are decent rather than dazzling, with a four point six Google score from only eight ratings, the smallest review set among the assessed firms. Vortex Cleaning reads as capacity and coverage: a bigger team for landlords and agents turning properties around. No other review platform is held, so Google carries the whole customer picture.

Our judgement: the firm suits void and tenancy-end clearances where a licensed carrier with staff depth matters. No insurance wording appears on the pages checked and no prices are published, which keeps it out of the top tier. In our review, published cover and a deeper review record would change the picture.

On patch, the firm works from Telford across Shropshire and the West Midlands, taking void properties and end-of-tenancy work. The wider record shows cleaning rounds beside the clearance arm, with gutter, carpet, window, biohazard and pressure-washing cover. In our review that mix fits landlords and agents with voids to turn around, where cover and capacity matter most.

Our verdict

Our judgement: Vortex suits you if you want a larger Telford outfit for a void, tenancy-end or clearance-adjacent clean, with company record and an upper-tier licence behind it [2] [4] [5]. The 4.6 Google score from eight reviews is decent rather than dazzling [6]. Missing insurance wording and thin pricing keep it from the top tier.

How does Vortex Cleaning compare with the others in this round?

It sits fifth in the September round, picked for void and tenancy-end clearances with a licensed carrier.
