Telford Glass And Glazing review

Thin record, clean lone rating: unranked in our September round with five stars on Google from a single review. It suits only phone enquiries made on that basis alone. Ask for the business name, insurance and price first, and keep everything agreed in writing. Our view is that one review cannot show a pattern, so let the call itself settle whether this listing suits your job.

No scheme membership could be sourced from the registers, the listing or the platforms checked. That covers FENSA, CERTASS and every other scheme. Ask who you are hiring when you call, and get the answer plus insurance proof in writing. Full replacements must meet the Building Regulations through a member firm or a council inspection, so say what your job involves when you ring.

No website could be read and the listing publishes no prices, quote terms or VAT position. Agree the price in writing before work starts, and ask for the figure to cover parts and labour. Confirm whether a call-out fee applies before anyone sets out. Night and weekend terms can change the figure, so settle those on the same call and keep the whole scope in one written note.

It is not in the ranked table: identity could not be confirmed across two sources, so it is shown as researched but not assessed. Read the full review, and only ring the mobile number if a phone-only enquiry suits you. The advertised site would not open and no live company record matches the name, which leaves the listing standing alone. That single gap is the whole reason it sits outside the table.

The listing gives a Hadley address and names Telford as its service area, so homes across the borough fall inside its stated patch. No travel detail or outer boundary is published, and the edges of any local patch always vary. Say where the property sits when you ring, with parking and access detail, so the firm can confirm it reaches you before you discuss the job.

By phone: the mobile number on the listing is the only contact route, since the advertised site would not open and no quote form exists. Describe the panes, the frames and whether the property needs securing, and ask for an itemised figure covering parts and labour. Keep the agreed price in writing with any call-out terms, so both sides share the same scope.

Very little so far: the only customer evidence held is the Google listing with a single five-star review. That is a clean start but far too small a base to show a pattern across jobs or seasons. Read the review itself on the listing, take it for what it is, and let the phone enquiry settle the rest before you decide.

It sits apart from them: the six firms in the September table each met the basic checks on identity, trading status and reachability, while this listing could not clear the first of those. The ranked firms are therefore judged on fuller records, and this review judges the listing alone. Treat it as a phone enquiry with a clean lone rating, not as an alternative to an assessed firm.
