Telford Plumbers in short

Telford Plumbers is a Church Street firm for plumbing and bathroom services across Telford and named Shropshire towns, with emergency cover, phone, email and address all published. The named patch runs from Telford through Madeley, Ironbridge, Shifnal and Wellington out to Newport and more Shropshire towns. Plumbing sits beside bathroom work on the same menu, which suits homes that want one call for both.

Customer evidence is recent and clean, at five stars on Google from 57 reviews. The site pairs that record with customer accounts and an FAQ, which is more working detail than most firms outside the table show. That pairing of reviews with a detailed site is why this review rates that customer record a strength.

The company record matches the trading address through an active limited company, though it dates only from August last year. Worcester Bosch accredited installer status is listed on its own website, which this review notes as stated detail. That pair is the paperwork story here: a young company behind the name and a stated maker accreditation beside it.

What counts against Telford Plumbers is the gap that keeps it out of the ranked table: gas work is offered, but the website does not state Gas Safe registration, so the requirement is not met on the evidence available. No prices or insurance terms are published either. It suits plumbing and bathroom jobs where recent reviews matter more than company age, but for gas jobs the record stays unproven: with nothing stated on the site, this review cannot stand behind gas work.

Our verdict

Our judgement: a reasonable call for plumbing and bathroom work if recent reviews matter more to you than company age. We rate its customer evidence and service information as strengths because both are dated and specific [1][4].

Score summary

We researched this provider but have not scored it, because it did not meet one of our eligibility requirements.

G3 · Gas work is offered, but the website does not state Gas Safe registration [1], so this requirement is not met on the evidence available. Ask to see the engineer's Gas Safe card before booking.

Industry qualifications

Sourced from the issuing registers, the business's own website and platforms such as Checkatrade and Which? Trusted Traders, on the date shown.

Strengths

  • A 5.0 rating from 57 Google reviews, seen 3 September 2026, gives you recent customer evidence to read [4].

  • The company record matches the trading address: TELFORD PLUMBERS LTD is active at Danescourt, Church Street, and the site names its service towns, emergency cover, phone, email and address [1][2].

Limitations

  • The company was incorporated in August 2025, so trading history is scored as insufficient evidence, and the opened pages name no gas accreditations, prices or insurance terms [1][2].

Questions about Telford Plumbers

Is Telford Plumbers any good?

For plumbing and bathroom work, the record is promising: five stars on Google from 57 reviews, an active limited company and a detailed site naming service towns and emergency cover. For gas jobs it is unranked, since the site states no Gas Safe registration. Read the reviews beside the young company record before you call.

Is Telford Plumbers Gas Safe registered?

No Gas Safe registration statement could be sourced from its website, so its gas registration can't be sourced [1]. Worcester Bosch accredited installer status is listed on its own website [1]. Ask to see the attending engineer's Gas Safe card at the door. Check the number on the register first.

How much does Telford Plumbers charge?

No call-out fee, rate, fixed price or quote statement appeared on the pages opened, with pricing questions listed but unanswered [1]. Ask for the fixed price of your exact job in writing. Confirm what the figure covers, including parts, before you agree anything. Get the quote itemised so you can compare it with a second firm.

Where does Telford Plumbers work?

The Church Street firm lists Telford plus Madeley, Ironbridge, Shifnal, Wellington, Newport and more Shropshire towns, with phone, email and address published [1]. Send your postcode with the job when you call. Confirm you are covered before you agree a visit. Check the full page for the whole list before you enquire.

How is Telford Plumbers ranked?

It is not in the ranked table: gas work is offered but the website does not state Gas Safe registration, so the requirement is not met on the evidence available [1]. It can send the missing detail through the Claim a listing route. Read the full review before you call.

How do I get a quote from Telford Plumbers?

Use the published phone number or email with your postcode and the job in plain terms [1]. With no prices published, describe the exact plumbing or bathroom job fully and ask for a fixed figure. Get the figure, the arrival date and what is covered in one written message before you agree anything.

What do customers say about Telford Plumbers?

They rate it at full marks in volume: five stars on Google from 57 reviews, recent and clean for a young company. The site adds its own customer accounts beside the Google record. Read a page of the Google reviews yourself and set what you find beside the written quote.

How does Telford Plumbers compare with the ranked firms?

The ranked firms all state Gas Safe registration, which is the line between the table and this page. Where Telford Plumbers matches them is site detail and review volume: its town list and emergency cover read like a ranked page. For gas work the table firms stand on stated registration; this firm does not, so keep it to plumbing and bathrooms.
