NikGas in short

NikGas is a Market Drayton plumbing and heating business for natural gas, LPG and oil systems, with free no-obligation quotes and a clear site behind the name. The firm names Market Drayton, Telford and Shropshire as its patch, with a phone line and a message route for quote requests. Gas sits beside LPG and oil on the same menu, which suits homes beyond the mains-gas grid as well as those on it.

Customer evidence is outstanding, at five stars on Google from 144 reviews, among the strongest signals in this round. No second platform sits behind the Google record in this round, so the whole customer case rests on that one bank of reviews. That bank is deep and clean at full marks, and this review treats that volume as the standout feature of the page.

The company record matches the trading address through an active limited company. OFTEC membership for oil work is listed on its own website, which this review notes as stated detail rather than register proof. That pair is the paperwork story here: a live company behind the name and a stated oil membership beside it.

What counts against NikGas is the gap that keeps it out of the ranked table: gas work is offered, but the website does not state Gas Safe registration, so the requirement is not met on the evidence available. No insurance details are published either. It suits oil work and rated plumbing and heating jobs, but for gas jobs the record stays unproven: with nothing stated on the site, this review cannot stand behind gas work.

Questions about NikGas

Is NikGas any good?

For gas, LPG and oil work around Market Drayton and Telford, the ratings say yes: five stars on Google from 144 reviews, among the strongest signals in this round, with a live company record behind the name. For gas jobs it is unranked, since the site states no Gas Safe registration. Read the reviews beside that gap before you call.

Is NikGas Gas Safe registered?

No Gas Safe registration statement could be sourced from its website, so its gas registration can't be sourced [1]. OFTEC membership for oil work is listed on its own website [1]. Ask to see the attending engineer's Gas Safe card at the door. Check the number on the register first.

How much does NikGas charge?

Free no-obligation quotes are offered, but no call-out fee, rate or fixed price is published [1]. Ask for the fixed price of your exact job in writing. Confirm what the figure covers, including parts, before you agree anything. Get the quote itemised so you can compare it with a second firm.

Where does NikGas work?

The Market Drayton firm covers Market Drayton, Telford and Shropshire, naming natural gas, LPG and oil work on a clear site [1]. Send your postcode with the job when you call. Confirm you are covered before you agree a visit. The message route on the site takes quote requests as well as calls.

How is NikGas ranked?

It is not in the ranked table: gas work is offered but the website does not state Gas Safe registration, so the requirement is not met on the evidence available [1]. It can send the missing detail through the Claim a listing route. Read the full review before you call.

How do I get a quote from NikGas?

Use the phone line or the message route on the site with your postcode, the fuel type and the job in plain terms [1]. Quotes come free with no obligation, so describe gas, LPG or oil work exactly and ask for the fixed figure. Get the figure and what it covers in one written message.

What do customers say about NikGas?

They rate it at full marks in volume: five stars on Google from 144 reviews, among the strongest signals in this round. That single source is the whole customer record held here, backed by a live company record behind the name. Read a page of recent reviews yourself and set what you find beside the written quote.

How does NikGas compare with the ranked firms?

The ranked firms all state Gas Safe registration, which is the line between the table and this page. Where NikGas matches them is customer evidence: its review volume stands among the strongest in the round, and few ranked names cover LPG and oil beside gas. For gas work the table firms stand on stated registration; this firm does not.
