Ace Computing Telford in short
Ace Computing Telford is a Wellington repair shop for sick laptops and virus-hit machines rather than a business security consultant. PC and laptop repairs, virus removal, data recovery and upgrades come with a call-out service, which suits anyone with a home computer in trouble. The site says the business has served Telford customers for well over a decade.
The record shows a Wellington shop offering PC and laptop repairs, virus removal, data recovery and upgrades, with a call-out service for machines that cannot travel [1]. The stated area is Telford and Wellington, and first contact runs through the shop phone line [1]. That walk-in shape is the point: this is the round's repair counter rather than a business consultancy, and the services read exactly that way. Call-outs suit machines that cannot travel, while the counter suits everything else [1].
Customers rate Ace Computing Telford warmly, at 4.7 from 24 Google reviews. This review reads that record as strong for a walk-in repair shop. There is no other review source on record. That base is healthy for a repair shop, though smaller than the business-support firms in this round.
The gaps explain its place outside our top ten. The site publishes no prices, no insurance detail and no scheme memberships, and the business is a sole trader with no limited-company record. A written figure before work starts protects both sides.
Our verdict
Our judgement: Ace Computing Telford suits you if you want a local repair shop for a sick laptop or virus-hit PC rather than a business security consultant [1]. Reviews are warm across 24 ratings, but the site publishes no prices, no insurance details and no accreditations [1] [3].

Questions about Ace Computing Telford
Is Ace Computing Telford any good?
On the evidence, yes for home repairs: it sits outside our top ten because it is a repair shop rather than a security consultant, but almost five stars on Google from twenty-four reviews is warm. Read the reviews beside the services page. Call the shop number with your symptoms for a view.
Is Ace Computing Telford on a trade register?
No scheme membership is stated on the business website and none could be sourced elsewhere, so membership can't be sourced. Repair work carries no register comparable to the certification schemes. Ask for a written price and receipt when you book the repair. Keep that receipt with the machine's paperwork for any comeback.
How much does Ace Computing Telford charge?
It publishes no prices, rates or VAT terms. Describe the fault and ask for a fixed written figure before leaving the machine. Ask whether parts and labour are split on the bill, and keep the receipt with the machine's paperwork. Say upfront whether you want the walk-in counter or the call-out service.
Where does Ace Computing Telford work?
Ace Computing Telford works from Wellington, serving Telford and the surrounding area. Walk-in repairs and call-outs are its core. Send your postcode with the fault details to confirm you are covered. Mention parking and access if you want the call-out service instead. The Wellington counter suits drop-offs from across north Telford.
How is Ace Computing Telford ranked?
It was researched for our September round but sits outside the top ten, kept out on fit and evidence rather than bad reviews. The top ten all offer business security services. Read the full review, then compare it with a ranked support firm. Claim a listing to send fresh detail.
How do I get a quote from Ace Computing Telford?
Call the shop on its published number with your symptoms and the machine's make and model. Ask for a fixed written figure covering parts and labour before leaving anything behind, and check whether the call-out service suits you better than the walk-in counter. Keep the receipt with the machine's paperwork.
What do customers say about Ace Computing Telford?
Warmly, on a modest base: 4.7 from 24 Google reviews, which this review reads as strong for a walk-in repair shop. The Google listing is the only review source on record, so there is no second source to test it against. Read the reviews beside the services page and call the shop with your symptoms.
How does Ace Computing Telford compare with the others in this round?
It sits outside the top ten on fit rather than on bad reviews: a repair shop beside business security firms. None of the ranked ten does walk-in virus clear-outs and data recovery as its core. Read the full review, then compare it with a ranked support firm for anything beyond a sick machine.
