Diamond Digital Aerials in short
Diamond Digital Aerials is a family-run Telford firm fitting cameras and wireless alarms alongside aerials, satellite and home cinema across three counties. Its standout is the combined visit: one local firm for the dish and the cameras, with remote viewing on phone or laptop and a minimum guarantee on its work. Customer reviews read well, at four point seven out of five on Google.
What counts against Diamond Digital Aerials is limited formal detail: no prices on the site, and its CAI Plus entry comes from a directory profile rather than its own pages. Our view is that it suits homes combining aerial and camera work, and this review finds no reason to look past a clear quote. Quotes are free and no-obligation, with phone, email and a form all published.
On services, the record shows a combined-visit firm: cameras and wireless alarms beside aerials, satellite and home cinema, from a family-run Telford base. The patch spans Shropshire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands, with a dedicated CCTV page and remote viewing on phone or laptop. Phone, email and a quote form are all published, and the firm states decades of experience.
The customer evidence reads four point seven out of five on Google across twenty-two reviews. Google is the only public review source on the record. A sound score on a modest base, fitting a firm whose camera work rides along with aerial jobs.

Questions about Diamond Digital Aerials
Is Diamond Digital Aerials any good?
On the evidence, yes for combined visits: sixth in our table, almost five out of five on Google, cameras with remote viewing plus wireless alarms, from a firm stating decades of experience. Scheme entry comes via a directory profile. Read the full review. Ask for a free no-obligation quote. Ask what the membership covers for domestic camera work.
Is Diamond Digital Aerials CAI registered?
CAI Plus membership is listed on the firm's directory profile rather than its own website. That makes the profile, not a register, the source of the claim. Ask for the membership details and check them against the CAI consumer search before work starts. Directory entries change hands, so confirm the listing is current.
What does Diamond Digital Aerials charge?
No prices, call-out fee or VAT position are published; quotes are free and no-obligation. Send aerial and camera needs together for one quote. Ask for it itemised with VAT treatment confirmed. List both halves of the brief so one visit covers everything. One visit for both halves should read as one line each, not a lump sum.
Where does Diamond Digital Aerials work?
A Telford firm covering Shropshire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands, fitting cameras alongside aerials, satellite and home cinema. Phone, email and a quote form are all published. Send your postcode to confirm you are covered. Mention both the aerial and camera work in your first message. Confirm your county early, since the patch spans three of them.
How is Diamond Digital Aerials ranked?
It ranks sixth of the ten CCTV installers in our September round, picked for aerial and camera jobs done together. Limited formal detail keeps it off the podium. Read the full review and its sources, then ask for the itemised quote. A directory-sourced badge cannot lift it higher on its own.
How do I get a quote from Diamond Digital Aerials?
Ask for a free no-obligation quote through the phone, email or quote form, sending aerial and camera needs together for one figure. List both halves of the brief so a single visit covers everything. Ask for the quote itemised with VAT confirmed. Ask whether the visit covers dish alignment and camera setup together.
What do customers say about Diamond Digital Aerials?
Twenty-two Google reviews average four point seven out of five, a sound score on a modest base. No other public review source sits on the record. Read the recent entries for combined visits, then compare the itemised quote on equal terms. Favour entries describing combined visits over lone aerial jobs.
How does Diamond Digital Aerials compare with the others in the round?
It sits sixth of the ten, the only entry pairing cameras with aerial and satellite work. Premier above it spans more trades with stronger paperwork, while Phoenix below suits alarm-led briefs. Where the dish and the cameras share a ladder, Diamond is the natural fit here. Price it against another combined-visit firm for a fair contest.
