Flooring Outlet in short
Flooring Outlet is a carpet and flooring shop on the Donnington Parade, serving domestic and commercial customers with carpets, vinyls and hardwood flooring. Package deals on three and five-bedroom houses come professionally fitted from a range of over ninety carpets. There is no website; the phone line carries the business.
The showroom sits on the Donnington Parade, dealing with household customers and commercial work including landlords. Carpets lead the range with vinyls and hardwood flooring alongside, and the headline offer is fitted package deals for larger houses. Visits and phone calls carry the business instead of a website, so range detail and opening times come from the shop directly.
Customers rate Flooring Outlet highly: almost five stars on Google from a deep set of reviews, among the deepest records in the round. There is no second review source on record. This review reads that depth as reassuring for a shop with no website. Our read is that this depth gives the headline firmer backing than most firms outside the table enjoy, even with the evidence coming from one platform alone.
Hours and the full range sit behind a call or a visit, and no insurance details or company record are published. Package prices are described without figures, which leaves the fitted total open. Our view is that these missing particulars are what keep the shop outside the ranked table, despite the deep review record. The review depth is among the strongest in the round; what is missing is checkable detail on the shop behind it.
Our verdict
Our judgement: Flooring Outlet suits you if you want a Donnington showroom with fitted package deals for whole houses, backed by 194 Google reviews at 4.9 out of 5 [1] [2]. The absence of a website means you deal by phone or in person [1]. Published insurance details and a company record are missing [1].

Questions about Flooring Outlet
Is Flooring Outlet any good?
Good on reviews alone: researched for our September round but outside the ranked ten, with almost five stars on Google from a deep set of reviews. It suits fitted package deals from a Donnington showroom. Read the full review, then call with your room details. The Donnington showroom backs that headline with fitted package deals for larger houses. Treat the deep single-source record as a strong start and let a visit or call settle the rest.
Is Flooring Outlet on a trade register?
No scheme membership could be sourced from the registers, its listings or the platforms checked. That covers the NICF, the Carpet Foundation and every other scheme. Ask the shop about any membership when you call, and get the answer with the insurance papers. There is no mandatory register for carpet fitting, so any membership would be a voluntary badge rather than a licence.
What does Flooring Outlet charge?
No prices, rates or VAT terms are published; package deals for larger houses are described without figures. Describe your rooms and ask for the fitted total with carpet, underlay and extras as separate lines. Confirm VAT before you agree anything. The package deals for larger houses are described without figures anywhere on the record. Name every room and floor covering on the call and keep carpet, underlay, extras and VAT as separate lines.
Where does Flooring Outlet work?
The showroom sits on the Donnington Parade in Telford, serving domestic and commercial customers including landlords. Call with your postcode to confirm a visit. The phone line on the listing takes bookings; ask about weekend opening and fitting lead times. The listing names Telford as the service area, with landlords among the customers served. Say whether the job is a home or a let property in the first call so the shop books the right visit.
How is Flooring Outlet ranked?
It sits outside the ranked ten: deep reviews, but no website and too little published detail on history and cover to score into the table. Cain & Son's is in the same position. Either can send detail through the Claim a listing route for the next round. The review depth is among the strongest in the round; what is missing is checkable detail on the shop behind it.
How do I get a quote from Flooring Outlet?
By phone or in person at the Donnington Parade showroom, since there is no website or contact form. Take your room list, floor covering choices and postcode, and mention stairs or awkward rooms. Ask for the fitted total with carpet, underlay and extras priced as separate lines. Confirm the VAT position and the fitting lead time before you agree anything.
What do customers say about Flooring Outlet?
The held evidence is Google-only: almost five stars across a deep set of reviews, among the deepest records in the round. There is no second platform behind the headline, so the praise comes from one place only. This review treats that depth as reassuring for a shop with no website. Read the full review and put the headline to the shop on a visit or call.
How does Flooring Outlet compare with the others in the round?
It sits with Cain & Son's outside the ranked ten, while the showroom firms with their own fitters fill the table above. Its review depth stands with the best in the round, but the ranked shops publish websites, company records and quote routes that this shop does not. Our read is that the Donnington showroom suits fitted package deals, where the table suits anyone comparing shops side by side.
