Shropshire Expert Cleaners LTD review

On the evidence, yes for trauma work: it tops our Telford biohazard table, holds five stars on Google across dozens of reviews, and pairs specialist cleaning with licensed waste removal and consignment paperwork. Pricing is bespoke throughout with no published rates. Send the job details through the round-the-clock line and take the free viewing.

Yes. It holds upper-tier Environment Agency waste carrier registration CBDU405720, current to September 2027, which you can check yourself on the public register ^[4]. The firm's site also describes its waste licences and legal consignment paperwork ^[2]. Ask for the registration number with your quote and confirm the entry matches.

It publishes no rates, menus or call-out fees: every job is priced bespoke after a free viewing, with a written quotation to follow ^[2]. That means the quote does the talking. Describe every affected room, ask what the figure covers, and agree the scope before work starts. Ask whether VAT sits on top of the quoted figure and what payment stages apply before work starts.

The firm is based on Madeley High Street and covers Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton and Stafford ^[2]. If you sit near the edge of that patch, send your postcode with the job details to confirm you are covered. Expect urgent calls to go through the round-the-clock line. If you sit between towns, name the nearest in your first message so the firm can confirm the visit ^[2].

Use the round-the-clock phone line with the job details, including which rooms are affected and whether sharps or strong odour are involved. The firm views free of charge before quoting, then follows with a written quotation ^[2]. Send photographs where you can face taking them, and ask for the scope, the VAT position and the start date in the figure you accept.

Its Google record shows 5 out of 5 across 54 ratings, the largest review set in this round ^[6]. That is a spotless headline, though reviews alone never show waste paperwork or pricing openness — the rest of this page covers those checks. Read a spread of the comments themselves rather than the average, and compare what recent reviewers describe with your own job.

It sits top as the only full trauma setup: hospital-grade disinfection, certificates and licensed waste removal with consignment paperwork in one firm. Sanis below it suits clearances and deep cleans with free quotes rather than decontamination, while Vortex suits sharps and body-fluid jobs for landlords and sites. The gap behind the leader is trauma credentials and review depth rather than price, since all three quote bespoke.

It ranks first of the three assessed firms in our September round, picked as the best overall choice for trauma and after-death cleans with licensed waste removal. Customer evidence and the checkable waste registration carry it there. What sets it apart in the table is the trauma setup with certificates and consignment paperwork behind each job. Read the full review, then ask for the written quotation.
