Penn Architectural Ltd in short

Penn Architectural Ltd is a steady Ketley Bank practice offering planning drawings, building-regulations work and project management across residential and commercial jobs. The directory listing sets out services from feasibility studies to contract administration, with weekday and Saturday hours. The company has been active for well over a decade. Our judgement: Penn Architectural suits planning drawings or project management rather than a design-led studio.

The practice works from Ketley Bank across Telford on residential and commercial jobs, with weekday and Saturday hours in the directory listing. Its own website is offline, so the published phone number is the whole front door. Saturday hours help where weekday calls are hard to make. In our judgement that makes the first call the page to read carefully: services, hours and scope all live in conversation.

Customer reviews are solid: 4.7 from 13 Google ratings, the only public rating source we found. With no site to check against, the caller's own notes become the record of what was promised. What counts against the practice is everything the call must cover, with no qualifications, fee figures or insurance details published. Thirteen ratings on a single platform plus a decade-plus company record is a steadier base than the thin-site rank suggests. In our judgement the practice reads as under-ranked on paperwork rather than over-ranked on reviews, and the phone call is where that gap closes.

Our verdict

Our judgement: Penn suits you if you want an established Ketley Bank practice for planning drawings or project management rather than a drawing-board design service [1] [2]. The company record runs back to 2011 [1]. Against that, the website is offline and no qualifications, fees or insurance details are published, so the phone call carries everything [2] [3].

Questions about Penn Architectural Ltd

Is Penn Architectural any good?

On the evidence, yes for planning drawings and project management rather than design-led work: it is long established, holds 4.7 from 13 Google ratings, and its directory listing spans feasibility to contract administration. Its website is offline, so the phone call carries everything. Phone with your drawings and ask for the scope in writing.

Is Penn Architectural registered with a professional body?

This cannot be sourced. An ARB register search under the practice name returns no listing, and with the website offline there is no published credential to check. If registration matters to you, ask for it directly and verify the answer yourself. Get everything in writing. Ask for any claimed membership number first.

What does Penn Architectural charge?

It publishes no fee figures, hourly rates or VAT terms anywhere. Your phone quote does the talking: ask for each stage to be priced separately and confirmed in writing afterwards. Confirm what sits inside the fee before you agree anything. File the written confirmation with your drawings and note the call date on it.

Where does Penn Architectural work?

The practice works from Ketley Bank across Telford on residential and commercial jobs. Weekday and Saturday hours are published in the directory listing. Phone with your postcode and a short brief to confirm you are covered, and ask for the quote to be confirmed in writing. Saturday hours give a second window for the call.

What do the reviews say about Penn Architectural?

They are solid without sparkling: 4.7 from 13 Google ratings, the only public rating source found. A mid-size base over a long trading history reads as steady rather than stellar. Read the reviews beside the directory listing, since no website exists to cross-check. The offline website explains why the record looks this way.

How does Penn Architectural compare with the others?

It is the project manager of the table rather than its designer: feasibility to contract administration where rivals sell drawings alone. The offline website leaves it last on published paperwork, though reviews and history outrun several rivals. It suits a job that needs managing more than imagining. Phone first, and keep notes from that call.

How is Penn Architectural ranked?

It ranks sixth of the seven architectural technologists in our September round, carried there by reviews and history rather than published paperwork. Read the reviews alongside the company record, then confirm every promise in writing before work starts. Keep the notes with your drawings file. Set its phone quote against a written rival quote.
